Brendon Schrader
President
Brendon Schrader is an entrepreneur, executive, and business coach. He founded Antenna and led it through its acquisition to Morgan Stanley Private Equity in 2021.
A community-builder, he created the Good Works program, which has donated over 1 million meals to families in need, and launched an education series with the University of Minnesota on work, leadership, and career growth.
Brendon holds an MBA from the Carlson School of Management and executive certifications from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and the University of Wisconsin Madison. He has served on advisory boards for Masonic Children’s Hospital, Capella University, and the Labovitz School of Business.
Brendon and his wife Carrie are proud parents of two students at SCPA.
Rich Dippel
Treasurer
Rich has been part of the St. Croix Prep family since in 2009 when he became the first Activities Director. In his role, Rich marshaled the resources of the Prep Community to help create, from scratch, a department that has provided thousands of students the opportunity to pursue their interests in athletics, music, art, theater, and forensics. An administrator, educator, and coach for over 35 years.
Rich retired from Prep in the spring of 2022. Rich currently serves as the Executive Secretary for the Skyline Conference and the Suburban East Conference. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Education from Winona State University and Master of Science Degree in Athletic Administration from Minnesota State-Mankato.
Dan McGurran
Secretary
Dan is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of leadership experience, currently serving as President of the Manufactured Products Division at Grimco, where he joined in November 2024. Prior to this, Dan spent a distinguished career at 3M, where he led teams across R&D, manufacturing, and global business strategy. During his tenure at 3M, Dan played a pivotal role in product innovation and operational efficiency, earning multiple U.S. patents and several 3M Golden Step Awards. His leadership consistently delivered growth and technical excellence across divisions. Holding a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, with minors in Chemistry and an emphasis in Industrial Engineering, Dan combines technical prowess with strategic vision. A St. Paul, MN native, he resides in West Lakeland with his wife Nicki and their five children.
Marc Beckmann
Marc Beckmann is a healthcare executive with over 17 years of experience driving innovation and operational improvement across the industry. As Vice President at UnitedHealthcare, he leads initiatives focused on making care more accessible, affordable, and effective.
Marc’s diverse background spans pharmaceutical product development, consulting, underwriting, actuarial analytics, and financial strategy—giving him a unique, end-to-end perspective on healthcare systems.
He is a graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College, completed PhD coursework at Stanford University, and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries. Marc and his wife Nikki are the proud parents of four students at SCPA.
Stacy Einck
Stacy is the principal and owner of Run Stillwater, Inc., a running race production company based in Stillwater. Prior to owning her own business, she spent 30+ years in marketing communications, public relations and strategic planning, including experience in both public and private school education.
Previously, she served on the University of Minnesota College of Liberal Arts advisory board, Stillwater Area Schools’ Task Force for Gifted and Talented Students, and on various environmental stewardship boards.
She and husband, Dave,are proud parents of five including two graduates of SCPA.
Kendra Lohmer
Kendra Lohmer brings a diverse leadership background of nearly 20 years spanning healthcare strategy, community engagement, and retail leadership. In her current role at a women's health startup, she focuses on change management, growth strategy, and building strong relationships both internally and externally to support sustainable organizational success. Throughout her career, Kendra has led teams, strengthened partnerships, and navigated organizational growth with a collaborative and systems-oriented approach. She is passionate about creating environments where people feel connected and empowered to drive change.
She is a native of Stillwater and received her B.A. in Communication from College of St. Benedict. Kendra and her husband, Chris, are proud parents of three students at SCPA.
